Towering Barricades provide a ton of utility, but feel free to use Thruster instead. Storm Grenades track targets and deal absurd damage with this build, and Seismic Strike doubles as a powerful melee and gap-closer. This build uses Storm Grenades, Seismic Strike, Towering Barricades, and the Thundercrash Super. Sliding over ammo bricks reloads your equipped weapon and grants a small amount of melee energy. Taking melee damage briefly increases your outgoing melee damage. Your lingering Arc grenades have extended duration. While critically wounded, your melee and grenade energy regenerate more quickly. Melee final blows trigger health regeneration and make you Amplified. Storm Grenades track targets, damaging anyone underneath the storm.Ĭritically wounding a target or breaking their shield increases your melee range and damage for six seconds. Additionally, we've updated most of our DIM Links and overhauled our PvE Volatile Light build to take full advantage of Repulsor Brace and Controlled Demolition, leading to a fantastic add-clearing build that will make Gyrfalcon Hunters jealous. We've updated all of our build guides with new formatting to be easier to follow and more closely reflect the mod overhaul that's coming with Lightfall. Updated February 1, 2023, by Charles Burgar: Season of the Seraph might not have overhauled a subclass or added new armor mods, but some key sandbox changes have shifted our builds. If you don't know how these mods or mechanics work, these guides should help: We'll be mentioning these mods quite a bit in the guide, and for the sake of brevity and readability, we won't be explaining what each mod does. Even maybe looking at some which are dead on arrival, and just have a no place in the current sandbox.Īlso, I really hope after these subclass reworks that you will find time to adjust and ammend current standing exotics to work with your current keywords, since there's so much emphasis on buildcrafting. Before we dive into the world of buildcrafting, you'll need to understand how Combat Style mods work. However they do decide to nerf it, being removing the damage buff or lowering the ability regeneration (or both.) I feel like it needs to be said - there are many defunct/powercrept exotics which could be reintroduced into the sandbox to aide buildcrafting in titans. This of course I feel might be where we would see a nerf to the exotic, especially as storm grenades in the currrent meta are incredibly powerful. This of course is further highlighted when combined with 100 DIS/STR/RES, and correct combat mods allowing nearly 100% uptime on abilities. For barriers it also gives additional damage reduction to incoming damage. So to clarify to anyone, heart gives an incredibly low CD to your ability energy at 2x, and a 30% damage increase on top of that. It's without a doubt one of the best exotics with the sheer flexibility of being applicable to every subclass, and guaranteeing damage through an ability spam playstyle.Īa reading and watxhing videos, Arc has introduced more and more people to heart as with the current storm grenade build, it only spells that it could get a nerf to the chestpiece. There's no fooling anyone, Heart Of Inmost Light is an excellent exotic, and is central to a LARGE majority of builds (I have used it on every subclass all expansion, and I have guilded conquerer with it.) Its allowed for a simple, easy neutral-game playstyle with high grenade uptime with pretty nice damage.
